First I was told the called was on a recorded line. I told them no thanks and they PUSHED. I was told that I NEEDED the service. I hung up.

Called from this number and left no message. Caller ID identified the caller as Benito Rio and I do not know this person. When I googled the origin of the number I read that this is Duke Energy calling. I do NOT wish to receive annoying and unwanted calls like this!

I just called the number back as they never leave voicemails and it did immediately answer claiming to be a Duke Energy Power Management line. Then it had some hold music and was answered shortly by a female answering as Duke Energy rep. I asked what this number was for and she told me it was for signing up to save energy credits on my bill. I told her no thank you, please remove my number. At that point she recited the last 4 digits of my phone number but never mentioned a billing account number or my address - not that the conversation even went there. Hopefully it's legit and they won't call back.

now these f@cking a@#holes are calling me every day!! and twice a day!! good thing I have call block because I could get fired if my cell phone keeps going off!! But I'm sure they don't care about that!

I have received a call from them 6 times in 2 months! I never answered the phone and have the number blocked, they never left a message on my phone either -- don't know these jerks are getting my cell phone number!!

They left me a VM saying my kid was going to die...I called Duke Power Manager Program and asked that they look into this number calling on their behalf that I hope is a scam for their sake.

Called number back and got a recording that they were Duke energy and maybe I’ll get another call in the future.. let the message play all the way through and at the end whoever made up the fake recording was still on and can be heard coughing..I’m pretty sure Duke Energy would have a more professional recording than someone coughing and snorting at the end of the message.

This number has tried to reach me twice. I did not answer either time because I referenced the number on this site and thus knew it was a scam. That said, I wanted to log the effort to call and scam me.

Claiming to be Duke energy offering audit said no I was all set no thank you. She hung up. Could children screaming in back ground called four times today

Tried to pressure me into the power thing that you put on your meter that reduces the load when they need it during peak hours during the summer. As many times as I politely said NO he wouldn't take NO for an answer. I finally said I thank you kindly for calling but I DON NOT WANT IT AND YOU WILL NOT PRESSURE ME INTO IT...GOOD BYE!
