They claim to be any company.. total scam!
Caller: operatroer
Called saying from Time Warner/Spectrum that I was available for an offer for TV/Phone/Internet and asked who my provider is. I laughed at him saying I already get one of my services through "them" so I know he's a scam. Told him to not call me again.
This number calls my 86 year old mother so often it is harassment. I finally put the number in her phone as “scammer” so she knows NOT to answer it.
