704-886-0556 called, I answered. She said Hi this Carly, Im a health care specialist. CAN YOU HEAR ME? I answered," Excuse me" and she hung up! The "Can You Hear Me?" scam.

Yes! When asked who was calling and who they were calling they hung up. Also, indicated they were a healthcare specialist. Tried to call them back to find out who they were I couldn't break away from the revolving recording.
