The caller hung up when we answered the phone. We called back and heard a scratchy recording. The man identified himself with Hector & Associates. We attempted to leave a voice mail but the message box was filled.

They call and hang up. When I call back there is so much noise u can barly hear them and they hang up when u question who they are.
