Have had the same problem with these turkeys. Several calls a day for weeks...never anyone there, just a click and then a dead line. Called them back and listened to Muzak till someone picked up moments later, and it was indeed Reliance Home Comfort.

now they are using V6271154490031982 to bypass call blocking also appending a 1 in front of their number to bypass my call block. Nothing but scammers, if Reliant ever knocks on my door they will get an earful.

I have a brand new furnace, I didn't buy from you so stop calling every single day multiple times a day.

don't need a furnace or hot water heater so stop your nonsense.
