I had an account with them from 8 years ago and they had a attorney garnish my wages and the judge freaking approved it and said I was lucky he did not give me a felony ! Sad but true they are able to litigate against us even after all of these years. I ended up paying $2,678 over a $30.32 check to pizza hut. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY and i didn't think it was possible :(

I had a call from them today. They had all my mothers details which I thought a bit odd. They claimed I had bounced a check from 8 years ago and they needed to collect on it. Women got very rude when I questioned the legitimacy of the call and would not give them any personal details or CC number to settle her claim. Don't give them any personal details - seems to be a scam!

I've had the same call and when I finally called back they said I had a bank item going for wage deduction. Well when I asked for more info they put me on hold and it disconnected. It sounds like a scam to me of some sort. DO NOT give these fools any of your information!

I have had 2 calls from this # minutes apart. They left a message the first time, few minutes later. they hung up. They said it c was data check of America. And I have been notified. It sounded fake. I was scammed a few months ago. And lost money. There is no need for me to return the call. I have had nothing for them to call me. Like I said, it was all the tones b of a scammed.
