east indian man says he works for health magazine and wants to do a model shoot, does anyone know of this person or if this call is legit, i will contact mens health mag tomorrow

Called my cell phone three times at 11am, looking for someone ( a releative) who applied for a job on the internet. Mind you this someone did not have permission to use my CP for any reason, Now this caller was annoying and not willing to listen, please tell me what job would call back to back, borderlining on harrassment to offer and/or follow up on a job app. I don't know of any HRD's or companies that subscribe to this kind of practice. The person he was looking for did not have permission to use my personal number and nor did he for calling me. I told him he would be reported to the FCC. With a heavy indian accent he told me I need help. I hate it when people think they can just give someone else's information out and fail to inform you and/or just don't care.
