Three calls, all to voicemail, only hear, "...thank you and have a nice day."

I have been getting called by this company with the same robo call from many other phone numbers. I block the number and a few days later they call from another phone number. The calls are from all over the US.
Called on cell number several times. Do not answer and no message left. Am on do not call list. So much for that.
FCC would be happy to deal with this fraudulent company
Caller: Robo
They have called frequently,almost every day. Their message is obviously a fraud. "Take advantage of an interest rate related to the stimulus" press 2 for more information, 1 to be taken off list. I've never pressed anything and am still receiving these extremely annoying fraudulent calls.
