All day i have been getting calls from these guys threatening me that i will be arrested for a pay day loan I have not paid for. This is such BS how do we stop these guys?

I just got the same calls - home and cell phone and they are calling my job\! Im being harrased and I dont have clue one about what - When I call the number back - there is no business name - who has anyone call to an answering machine with nothing on it! SERIOUSLY!!

I constantly receive calls for our employees, bill collectors and scammers like this one, who called today as Alex Watson (Obviusly an Indian native person 'cause of the huge accent) I have never heard of any Indians with caucasian names to begin with, it would be more real if his name was muhammed or some other sort. Secondly, they must be deaf cause I have to repeat myself multiple times to get my point accross, No means No, this is a multi-national SCAM... I have gotten in to huge arguements with these people, they call up to 50 times a day and for different employees, is just ridiculous. It has gotten to the point I have to inform them that I have reported them to the FBI in order for them to stop harrasing people, which seems to work every time. Why is the government not putting a stop to this harassment?? Why can't they just track these calls and put an end to it??

FYI: Never send them any money!! You have rights and just like they have a right to call you, you have a right to not pay them a cent.

Aggravated Recriptionist is right i also had to tell these people id call the FBI in order to stop their calling it worked for about 3 days then they started calling again so why doesnbt the govt. do something to stop these people?

I just got a call from these people telling me that i was being served with papers on an old account i checked all my accounts and they are all paid for,so these people have my social security number and even my address.

these people call me and tell me i will be arrested if i do not submit payment to them for an old account. I have never had an account with these people!
