his name was kevin ray and said he wanted me or my attorney and if i did not call back "good luck as the situation unfolds" he called my cell three times and three times at my office - what a crock!

On 5/8/12 he called from the 707-508-4204 number and left a Voice Mail message, in which he is in some way threatening. He says, "...if I do not hear from you or your attorney all I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you..."

I received 3 phone calls today from this number stating that I took out a pay day advance loan and it never happened. They had my social security number and just kept saying they needed my attornies number. I called back after he hung up and asked again what it was in regards to and he said sherriff is coming to arrest you tonight. Then hung up again. Im looking up what I can do because this cannot be legal.

contact the fbi and file a report. they tried doing the same to my wife. i am a military police officer in the army. this is fake and only to try to steal your money and your identity

SAID I NEED TO CALL MY ATTORNEY BECAUSE I OWE FOR A LOAN. THAT I NEVER ACCEPTED...AND WAS NEVER DEPOSITED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT LIKE THEY SAID. THREATENED ME N REFUSE TO TELL ME WHERE THEY WERE CALLING FROM. I ASKED N DEMANDED TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR. THEY ALSO TRANSFERRED ME WITH A "GOVERNMENT OFFICER". TELLING ME I HAVE CHARGES AGAINST ME!! I HAD CALLED AN ATTORNEY...AND TOLD HIM EXACTLY WHAT I JUST WROTE. HE SAID THAT WHO I HAD SPOKE WITH ,SHOULD KNOW BY LAW....I HAVE TO BE NOTIFIED BY MAIL FROM THE GOVERNMENT.

threating message say that I am going to be arrested by legal affairs, cause I owe an outstanding bill. Unless I return the call to their attorney, I am going to be arrested.

The calls are appearing to come from multiple locations which leads me to believe that this strange person is not really even located in the US. Numbers and states that his calls have come from to my cell phone:

This person does not speak English very well, and has such a strong Indian accent that you must listen carefully to what he is trying to say. I did speak to him on two occasions and he was looking for someone named "Debbie." He did threaten me over my cell phone on the last occasion we spoke, saying "I will f**k you up!" This call took place the last week of March I believe.

On 4/9/12 he called from the 707-508-4204 number and left a Voice Mail message, in which he is in some way threatening. He says, "...if I do not hear from you or your attorney all I can do is wish you good luck as this situation unfolds on you..."
