A man with an Indian accent calls my work and cell phone. He always changes his name; he chooses names like Mike Smith or Jack Martin. He claims I owe debt on a loan and that I did not repay. He threatens that he is going to take me to court or arrest me and states if he does not hear from me or my attorney, the only thing he can say is, ”good luck, as the situation unfolds on you”. One time I actually spoke to him and I asked for him to name the bank or lender I owed the debt and he could not give me a name and got nasty and started yelling at me. I told him “this sounds fishy” and he got really mad and said that he would see me “in the courts of New York” I stated I will be looking for a subpoena and he hung up the phone.
