close out your account and open a new one, but freeze the 1st account. tell the bank that you believe that your account information was compromised.

I got a call from this number and the messages say his name is roger harris. He says he a serving me for a lawsuit. He can not take any information or account info if he is who he say he is. He can only serve you the papers.

man claiming to be officer roger gibson also called me. He has called MANY times but never said he was an officer until now. He says there is a civil suit pending in my husband name. I don't trust this man.

A man called me from this number stating he was officer roger gibson with bci. told me to get a criminal lawyer, because he had a warrent for my arrest. said i owed money for a pay day loan.
in the amount of 1,424.11. he had all my info, ssn number, place of employment, bank info,ect. I was scared to death. he has taken 350.00 from my account. he called me again today, leaving a meassage on my phone stating he is officer roger gibson with bci. he has very poor english. I want this guy cought. on top of this my bank refused to stop payment to him. i thought you could stop payment on anything!
