Scam, called at 7 am saying: From the Legal Department of Social Security Administration your Social Security number has been suspended and we have filed a case under your name so before this matter goes to a federal claim courthouse for you to get arrested kindly press one I repeat press one to know about your legal case.
This is a scam threatening legal action.

Not too worried...already got a call this morning from the Fake Legal Dept. of the IRS telling me that the police will be on their way soon to arrest me for 4 litigation cases filed against me.... Ha! I won't be home when the Fake SSA comes looking for me!!!
Left incomplete automated message ".... kindly press 1 to know about your legal case ...."
Calling saying that my SS# is suspended due to suspicious activity. Total scam! Don't trust them!
