Called my brand new landline about winning a Lincoln Navigator and left a message.. Gave no company name, did not name the contest or give the name of the supposed winner. Wanted me to call an 1-800 number back to give my details for the prize.
Got a call about around 2:30PM EST on April 27th 2011. Nobody was on the other end of the line when I answered.
Well this guy left a message on our answering machine regarding a prize won on a Grand Survey Giveaway "Please call back to bla bla number and or bla bla number" and Congratulations to the lucky winner. (So, who won? What survey-giveaway was this? What´s the prize? I´m sure it´s a scam... Usually there is a reason why they ask for your email as well and that is to send you also the info on you winning, so this is surely just a fraud. Do this people take a break? Geese!)
Started recieving calls today. No one was on the line and the call hung up as soon as I said hello.
The caller ID said it came from P Distribution. This was the only call during the day.
Same message as andie, says to call them back, has been going on for the past month now. I NEVER entered a sweepstakes for a gas guzzler and never would. This call is coming out of Chicago. I am in Florida.
