Received a call from "Agent" Diggs..(I stopped playing cops and robbers when I was 6 years old)...he threatened me with warrants for "check fraud" in my county prior to me even living in this county...he said, "wherever you were"...obviously he is a "collection" agent...I told him I have a form in my hand from the Office of the Attorney General to file a complaint for consumer fraud..I hung up on him...he called back and wanted to argue then stated he's just "gonna go ahead" and file the "claim" against me...he can burn

I received a call from agent digs as well and ignored it however today I received a call from my local clerks office with a warrant in my name that was being filed and I was to call to get it stopped otherwise my warrant would be filed in the next 24 hours and I would be arrested at my place of business and have to post bond I would not play around even though I have no proof I unfortunately had to set up a payment arrangement and will investigate
I received a called today about check fraud on a payday loan account. I have never did a payday before and never worked at the places he was telling me about. I asked for their number so, I can give the info to my lawyer then I asked them to send me proof in the mail asap. I want to know what is company and do they have a physical address. How can I get them to sop calling my cellphone and I don't know how they got my number either!

Called my sister and myself. Told me and my sister that he was going to have me thrown in jail unless I paid a debt to a credit union that he did not have an address for.

Called me as well. Mr. Digs said he had information regarding an account at Valley View bank and Cash Supply. Cash supply debited my account three times for something I dids not owe and I have never gotten the money back. He was extremely threatening.

Fraud from Bank of America, and, Thant I needed to call him now before charges are filed.
I have never used this Bank or know of anyone who does.
This same "Diggs" thekn called my sister and told her that he was a Detective looking for
