Calls constantly saying last chance to lower my credit card interest rates.I asked them to remove me and they say ok but never do.It uses up my minutes on my cell phone.How can they be stopped?

Final notice from Cardnember services about lowering my interest rate. I get this call atleast twice a week for the past year! Same call from different numbers. They don't care about the fed do not call list.

My phone company "will not block this number" and I am on the do not call list. The foreign person yelled at me, too, when I asked him to remove our number from his list. This should not be happening to us. I intend to file an FCC complaint. I hope others will do the same.

Got a call from this number today about lowering my credit card interest.. so I listened to the recorded message and hit 9 to talk to a rep.. a man comes on the line (sounds to be from India) and I told him I wanted off their call list.. He tried to tell me that I dont understand... but I repeated, take me off your list.. he hung up.. Oh Well..
