The message stated that I had entered a drawing for Royal Caribbean or Carnival and my information was drawn today, then to press one to speak to a representative. I have entered no such contest

That I won a trip (for which I haven't entered any contests) and I should press 1 to get more information and 2 to be entered on their Do Not Call list. I did press 2 although that usually gets me more phone calls like this.

Person called to offer one time only free cruise promotion through major cruise lines like Royal Caribbean and Carnival. In order to secure this free offer, I had to pay $98.00 tax for each person in my party during the call. The person wanted my credit card information, home address, and email address. Then transferred me to quality assurance person for confirmation and recording. After the phone call, I wondered how they got my phone number.
