A person by the name of MONICA MELCHIORI, age 40, of Chicago, Illinois is suspected of placing "spoofed" phone calls to home VoIP telephone lines to illegally gain access to home modem networks, computers, cell phones, and online accounts in an attempt to conduct anonymous criminal activity. It is further suspected that this individual is involved in personal identification theft as a means to open fraudulent credit card accounts.
