Called my son's cell phone. My son is a minor & does not give his cell phone # out to no one, nor do we use his cell phone. I do not give cell phone numbers out to businesses. So this is a scam for a fact.
Complaints on other web sites state caller is an Indian sounding man who wants to know how much you spend on your credit card & what is it's number, then he can lower your interest.
Area code 708 is Illinoise, but I find info on this phone number to be a Sprint cell phone in Ventor City, N.J.

Identified at 708-705-7613, La Grange, IL Consumer services about my credit card cash limit being in danger!! I pressed 1 and told the person that this number is on the DO NOT CALL list and that he needs to immediately take me off of the list. I didn't hang on long enough to let him respond.

Caller: not sure who but they said they were from "consumer services" about my credit card cash limit

Received this bogus call about credit card account. person who answered when I keyed in the number to speak with someone sounded as though She just awoke. Told her that I am on a Do Not call List, This call is a Scam and Please do not call my number again. She responded F--k You (but clearly the whole word and hung up.

scam, i gave them fake information when being asked to confirm my card #, last four social etc and they said 'uh huh ya that is correct' then they asked for the CCV code. Guy then called me back repeatedly telling me to F myself and left a min long message about how he wanted to have intercourse with my wife despite me being single lol

This was a phone call regarding lowering my interest rate on my credit cards. When I started questioning the person on the other line, it quickly escalated into him calling me a bitch and a filthy whore, and confirming my initial thought that the call was a scam.

They called me today. Some bogas woman that said I had a credit card debt. The moment I told her I don't own a credit card, she pulled the phone away and started speaking in a foreign language to someone else in the room. Then she hung up.
