Telling me I needed to appear in IRS court..hung up!

This number called me saying I need to cooperate with the US Treasury on a Federal offense that I committed... and that I need to appear in front of a grand jury or something. Robo call that just repeats over and over again. I swear the voicemail was 5 minutes long. Clearly a scam call.

Got the SCAM call this morning saying I am on a IRS list for tax problems and I said I am going to pursue action against them and they hung up. These calls are coming from a boiler room with callers not having the command of English when speaking!
How do we get more action on this SCAM?

Looped robo call. Repetitious. IRS scam threatens lawsuit. Blocked the number.
