Lowering credit card interest rates. I do not even have credit cards. I have received several calls from them and report them all. Nothing has been done to stop these calls. My grandmother was dying when I received this last call. Something needs to be done!

They are supposedly from my "credit Card" company, although they give no bank name and my bank has said they do not use recorded messages. I think they are trying to fish for personal info to commit fraud.

He said he was from American Express and I could reduce interest rates on an outstanding balane. I do not have an outstanding balance. the caller ID came up as Stevens company. This was a scam. I checked the internet and other people reported this number. I am an elderly person who was a victim of identity theft 2 years ago.
