If you are contacted by the United States of America Internal Revenue Service it will be by US MAIL (USPS). The US IRS does not use Text messages; If you get a letter from the IRS you won't be confused about its authenticity.

Got the same voice mail 10 times. Blocked them so they used the number 313 366-2336. That is now blocked. If you listen closely the grammar and syntax is not from someone who English is their first language,

I have received the same call 7 times today from 8:48am - 1:27pm.

I have received the same message 3 times this morning so far. Recording says I must call or I will be arrested on several charges against me. I called back to see if it was a working number and it was not, yet they keep calling and leaving messages.--- CALLER-SCAM!
