Do not give them any information. This is a scam. They will fraud you. Ask them to verify their information, get an actual address and they will hang up on you! Beware!!!!

They called me, first it was an automated message that said this was my final warning about my credit card interest rate and that I could reduce my rate then it transferred me to an associate who answered Hellllooo, I asked who this was and he said some name's lawn service and asked how could he help me. I said you called me and he repeated the name of the lawn service and I said good bye and hung up. According to my area code look-up the number comes from Iowa. I tried to call it but got a recording that said I dialed wrong and to try again. This is obviously a prank or leads up to some kind of scam.
