I person (foreign accent) states he is from Microsoft Windows. This is a scam. Do not talk to them. Microsoft or HP do not call you!!
They call me all the time
And when I tell them to put me on the do not call list they hang up or even swear at me and say NO.
It's a 1500$ fine per call here in Georgia.
