I got a call from this number on 5/11/16 at 6:56pm. I don't answer calls from unrecognized numbers. No message was left.

I received a call from them as well. This has been going on for some time and I'm currious why the local authorities can't just nab these people. It's been the same number, name, & even address for years. I have filled a complaint with the FTC, & police, but I've been ignored. So what do we all do about Sarah & her credit scam at this point? Sugguestions?

Robot scam/phishing caller. Best way to deal with this is let live operator come on, then blow whistle into phone...that person will find other line of work

I just got a call from this number. It was a recording saying they can lower my credit card interest rate. I immediately hung and going to block this number.

Credit card service. Promised to lower my credit card interest rates which is ironic because I've never had a credit card!

I got the call and pressed "1" for an operator. Someone with an "Indian" accent picked up. They asked how may they help and I said, "By placing me on your do not call list." Then he asked me a question about the size of my penis before I hung up.

Sarah with Credit Card Consumer Services. Obvious scam attempt to get personal information. Please report these calls to consumercomplaints.fcc.gov
They actually give you a ticket number and contact the offending party. Also file with www.ftc.gov
They dont play around and have fined sooo many companies.
