Just called my cell and did not take the call - no message so thank you everyone for sharing this - I will report it to our Verizon as they are similar to ATT and are trying to track these types of stupid calls. Does anyone know if you can have a block put on your cell phone for these types of calls? I know you can block calls that you are aware of but what about unsolicited calls?

Total scam. I asked what card company/financial institution they represented. The caller then kind of panicked, and tried not to answer. Then she said they work with Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, etc. They don't. It is a scam to try to sucker you into giving them your personal financial information.
