Just was called from this number- U have won a cruise B>S>!! They asked if I owned a credit card that WASN'T a debit card- the min. I answered NO I was INSTANTLY hung up on!! Called back and got the- NUMBER U HAVE REACHED_ DISCONNECTED MESSage!! Who R they and HOW do I report them For SCAMMING OR Trying Identity Theft!!??!!

Recording message of a Spanish Speaking woman speaking VERY LOUDLY, like those Mexican Radio Stations. I don't speak Spanish, as this is the USA, no Mexico. I have no idea what was said, just that it was really loud and obnoxious!
