Total useless scum whom skim others resources and they create nothing but more poverty and pain on their victims/customers and those they latch onto thinking they can force person to find someone they do not even know or has not seen in decades. Been investigated by News Reporters as well appear to hire low life employee's whom sound like they are now or soon to be exconvicts whom mumble in what is slang sounding orations that one whom does no have a ear for jail chitchat can not understand.
