Caller ID showed " SPRING TX " ; did not answer and no message was left ;another ghost in a graveyard looking for someone to fork over a LIFE SAVER ...... ?

I received a call from this number today, 3/2/16. The caller said LocalSub. I didn't pick up, as I didn't recognize this number. Caller left no message.

SCAM

The caller was an individual asking for a one-time donation to some un-named organization that helps homeless veterans. He refused to give me the precise name of the non-profit so I could do my own investigation and hung up!
