Same here... "Sarah Bonner" called from the "Financial Crimes Division" for the State of Texas... It was bogus collections attempt threatening with jail and a felony charge over a Pay Day Loan. Fortunately, I took over the call from my in-law and talked her in circles since she apparently doesn't understand FDCPA, and claimed to be both under State and Federal jurisdiction.

A Lady name Maryland Loyd called from this number, said they take people to jail over payday loans Ha Ha Ha Ha this scam stuff is all over the News.

Caller didn't leave message. I called back and it said, "Investigations" They called me back and asked to speak to Morgan and I said that I wasn't this person nor did I know anyone by this name. Then she said this other name and said that I left that name when in fact all I did was hung up. She demanded to know my name...I refused to give my name. I told her to take number off of her list and she said, "No, I will not." I have received 2 calls twice in the five minutes of her hanging up.
