Reduced credit card rates. I have 2 credit cards and it is not from either of the companies with which I do business. I get a call at least once a month from the same company but always from a different number so it is impossible to just block the caller. At the very least this company has been harassing me for nearly 2 years. I feel however that their purposes are more nefarious. I think they trick people into giving their credit card numbers.

Credit card services. Multiple phone calls are received weekly. Will keep track of phone numbers on caller ID. Number reported: 713-469-5747. They used to say which key to press to be taken off their list, but no longer and it only results in a hangup. I talked to a person today and requested to be removed from their calling list. Another hangup.

It's a scam to lower interest rates. I get called frequently with this particular scam, although the phone number changes.
