If I pressed 1 I could have my credit card interest rates lowered. (It did not state the name of the credit card to which it was refering.)

Claimed to be with card holder services. Told me to push 1 to speak with customer services about lowering my interest rates. I pushed 1 and a man came on the line. As soon as I said I'd like to not receive anymore phone calls from them, he hung up immediately without another word.
