got a call from them on my cell - didn't answer and no message left. Googling it finds they are "National Fraud Investigations" and apparently they call unsuspecting people and threaten them with arrest because of bouncing a check... others say it is a lower your credit card rate. SCAM!

I received a call from this number trying to get me to sign up for a lower rate Visa or Master card. I asked them to take me off of their calling list and he hung up on me. When I called it back it was a recording saying it was the fraud investigation unit and that I was to leave a message.
