They do speak english and they are EXTREMELY RUDE. FOR ANYONE WHO HAS PROBLEMS WITH THEM, CALL THEM BACK OVER AND OVER AND TIE UP THEIR LINES. And report them to the FTC if you are on the Do no call list.
21st Century CR - left a long message in Spanish on my answering machine. No names were left. I don't speak Spanish. I called back hoping to remove my phone number from the list and was greeted by a Spanish speaking customer service representative. I asked if he spoke English and he said no. Very irritating that they're calling and there's no way to find an English speaking rep.
