Two calls came within 5 minutes of each other, 2 messages were left. 1st one was a hang up and the second one she said she was a Federal Agent and was following up on a criminal case. She said that if I didn't comply she would mark my name as non compliant and forward to the state as such. I called 713-589-9393 and she answered "Fraud Division". I asked for Laura Stevens and she was the one that answered. She told me I had been 'red flagged' in her system and that I was being brought up on 3 felony charges against my name and SSN and asked if I had been contacted by anyone about this. When I told her no, she said if I had something I could write with, she would discuss my case. She gave me a case number and read off a SSN and asked if it was mine. I said I refused to answer that, she told me she couldn't discuss my case, I needed to have my attorney contact her and to have a nice day. I tried to ask her what state this was coming from and she hung up on me mid sentence. I noticed I had another missed call 1 minute after I called and talked to 'Laura Stevens'. Not sure if they have left a message or not, I haven't checked this time.
