This company repeatedly robo calls me even though I have asked them in 10 separate phone calls to stop calling me. My cell phone number has been on the Do Not Call registry since 10/08/2010. The robo calls say "This is Anne (or similar) from Account Services (or Card Services)... we offer a special low rate credit card...To take advantage press 1 to talk to a service representative." I press 1 each time and politely ask the live operatior to stop all calls to me, but they immediately hang up. I call back the number, but no answer. I call again the next day and the number is disconnected.

This is one of a growing number of such calls. It started as a recorded message for credit cards and you were able to touch the "1" key to talk with someone. My goal was to askto be removed from this list. Shortly an agent answered. I asked him just how does he justify breaking the law to make such a call when I am on the national no call list. He answered bluntly that he could "because he wanted to". It is time for the FCC to crack down on these callers. Please do your job and stop this mess.
