Recorded message saying there was nothing wrong with my credit card, but wanted to lower my rates.

Is area code 713 based in Ontario? I believe it's a scam and telemarketing. Please stop them from calling me.

They called my Skype phone number, and I live in Japan. This is just getting a little absurd, and needs to stop.

Call came in on Sunday Nov 7 @ 3:39. I was not home to get the call. No message left, but it was the third time they have called. If it is an offer to lower my credit card rate, they should know I live in Canada and haave never paid interest on any cards. I pay the whole bill off each month. I am on the do not cal list in Canada, and cannot seem to get on the list for the USA. I wish these calls would stop. This is not the only number that calls me offering to lower my rates. Each time I get a call I go online and report it like I did here, but they keep coming. Please, MAKE THEM STOP.

Recorded message. Said the name was Jason. Told me to press a number to talk to someone. I left them hanging without pressing any number. They disconnected. A scam.

This was on October 28, 2010, at 4:09 p.m. My call display read 1-713-705-6926 OUT OF AREA.

This call was received in Ontario, Canada.

Got missed call message with this phone number; i'm on the national do not call list.

I got 2 phone calls within half hour from each other today from the same phone number....i want off the list too....they are driving me nuts. The second time they called i pressed 0 to talk with someone....then they asked me my name and when i told them they hung up on me....argh!!!

Please take me off the list and stop calling me!
