They called my home phone and left a voicemail indicating it was time to refill a prescription for a med I have never been prescribed. By mentioning the drug name in the message the caller violated the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

Said his name was Mike with Indian accent and he was calling to refill my prescription. I don't recognize the number and I don't think any company would have you call back a toll number. Blocking this one
