scammers calling themselves first IRS legal

First IRS: they've called me several times looking for someone else. Based on research, they border on breaking the law in trying to collect old debts.

Apparently a flake had my phone number before because I get every debt collector under the rain calling me and I am sick of it. I have told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number, wrong person, wrong information, wrong contact, wrong planet and they insist on leaving VM or calling at all hours of the day or night. They are relentless and I am not going to spend my money on airtime for their convenience in filling their timesheet. The national do-not call registry is a joke when it comes to these guys.
