i was contacted today saying i would be served papers for court and i owed 900 on some pay dayloan that i paid back what should i do not worry or what i just want to know if its a scam or not

Threatening to sue us if we didn't pay them immediately. Claimed they had all our information. Identified himself as Harry Anderson with 1st State Attorney Services out of California. His accent was so thick I could barely understand what he was saying. I told him I was aware of what he was doing and to stop calling. He didn't. He probably called 20 more times yesterday and then started again today. I reported them to every agency that would accept the complaint. I also called the police. I told him all of that and he still called about 10 more times.

Calling, and cursing my husband, and threatening me, and saying he knows our social security #, and where my husband works..

many names are used to solicit money

They called and left a message saying I owe them money
