Received a call at 8;52 am on the east cost- says he has very a pending legal case against me. I have never been in California. says I must call him back

This Guy called my work number this morning, and called me four times on Thanksgiving day. Also claiming there were three criminal charges being filed against me but couldn't tell me what they were. He did not like it when I.asked him to verify my personal information, or when I told him that one of my employees had gotten a call from him he just paused and dididnt know what to say!

This guy has left me numerous voice mails, all i have saved. I had a feeling when the voice mails said legal action is going to take place if I didn't return the call immediately that there was a problem. Now, only issue is, my bank won't freeze my account until I come in and file a report--- I work 8am-5pm, so it is SUPER hard to get there. I am just going to close that bank account out and find a new one. This is sickening peoplel do this.. and older people wouldn't have a clue that people could be so cold and ignorant. He didn't like it when I wouldn't say any of my information on the line. This has to stop!!

This guy was calling me from a different number (518-557-3412), but I ignored his calls after I found out that it was a scam and he finally stopped calling me from that number. On Nov.6, 2012, he started calling me again using 714-276-0734 and paging me from that number (he never paged from the first number). He still insists that I will be arrested if I don't pay him the money I owe the debt collector. If I was gonna be arrested on the 1st for not paying, why would he keep calling instead of just having me arrested, right? This guy needs to be stopped. He has/uses an accent that sounds kind of fake, but sounds the same every time he leaves a voicemail message so it may be his own accent.
