Called did not leave message

Called representing the City of Anaheim. Tried to run a scam on electricity bills. The guy did not know that Edison is not in the city of Anaheim. Would not tell me what company he was really with. I asked many times from what company he was calling and he continued telling me he was from city of Anaheim.

Called and hung up when I answered.

Caller Identified as Corey Jackson. The scam call and trying to get an appointment using scar tactics. This method is not even close to be legitimate.

Answered first call and the caller introduced himself as Parker Anderson of CEI (an energy efficiency company). I told him I had many trees and was not interested in solar and to please take me off his call list. He then claimed they do flooring, insulation, bathroom remodels and windows and worked through Auto club and Costco. I told him great I would look him up and contact him through one of the 2 companies if it all checked out. He then said that he was on an out-going-only call system and that I would not be able to call. I told him I do not do business with cold callers and if he was legitimate that Costco or auto club would have his name. He then said OK and have a good day and we hung up. I guess we will see if he calls back.
