"Hey, it's Anthony Smith calling you back to them for me that mortgage rates have dropped dramatically. You can now refinance a 30 year fixed at 3 1/2% with the zero point cost even if you have no equity. You can still qualify. Now is also the best time to purchase at our company is excepting credit scores as low as 580 with 3% down." And he LIED because he said he was "calling me BACK"... I NEVER called him and I don't even own a home!

It's those idiotic loan modification scammers again!

VM message was: "Hi, it's Anthony calling regarding your mortgage. Now is the best time to refinance, the rates have dropped drastically at 3 1/2 % on a 30-year fixed, with no closing costs.
