I got the same message. Don't click on the link-link looked like it was from the USPS (United States Postal Service) but stated - "Congratulations! You've been chosen to receive a special reward from our sponsors..." Doesn't sound like a pending parcel to me!

The text message actually said this: "My name, we came across a parcel from February pending for you. Kindly claim ownership and confirm for delivery here: 15ssv.info/QTyh-VcFN9F
