This people don't have nothing else to do during day or night. I have calls coming to my home at all time and no one wants to talk, then they hang the phone and call again two or three times aday. What can be done for them to stop doing that and who they are?
Can they call people like that and don't get in trouble or that just apply for good people or kids???
When someone is going to do something about that???

they keep calling right after I get calls for auto loans and online classes. All of which I have not signed up for.

Caller: no idea--they just keep calling and hanging up over and over!!1
