call received from 714-477-6281. man ID's himself as Mr Garrett. obviously a last ditch effort to obtain information to make contact with debtor for Premium Asset, he fails to follow FDCP guidelines and is extremely rude. his tactics are a liability for the creditor he works for
Constant calls and very unprofessional. Caller breaks every third party collector rule.
