A gentleman with a foreign accent keep calling my phone stating that he was going to call my Supervisor and have me fired. I called the gentleman back & he forwarded over a another gentleman that had a accent. The second gentleman said that I got a loan in June 2011 (which I didn't) & that he was going to forward this information to the courthouse. I told him that I was recording this for the FBI & FTC and he hung up on me

Just got the same call. Thick accent. Not recognizing the number on my caller ID, I let the answering machine get the call. I'm going to call the state consumer advocate's office to see if they can trace the call and prosecute.

I got a call here at my Direct line at work and on my Cell phone, a "Mark Brown" with a strong accent saying i owed a cash loan company, I just recently got a loan but not from a on-line company, but this person had my SSN, even my st address. also something about getting sued too?? I asked to speak with someone who speaks ENGLISH. and a Supervisor but they kept hanging up on me.

Man with a heavy accent calling himself "Mark Brown" called my job stating that I had taken out a payday loan from cashnet USA and owed 398 dollars. They threatened to sue me. I kept asking for a supervisor and they would not transfer me. I NEVER took out a payday loan and I knew this had to be a scam. I asked them for the company's number that they were representing and the would not give it to me. I then said I was going to file a formal complaint with the police and they hung up in my face. Stupid scammers!

Just received a call from a guy with a thick Indian accent, asked to speak with my husband. When I told him he was not in, he left the name David White and a phone number, said it was very important that he speak with him as soon as possible. Never hearing my husband mention a David White (especially one with an Indian accent!), I googled the number and came across several sites reporting the same information.
