Bank Card Services: started out with a pre-recorded message..lower your interest rate on your credit card..press 1. I have asked them repeatedly to remove this number from their calling list on prior calls. On 07/20/13, again I pressed 1 and asked that I be removed from their list. He called me a bitch and other choice words and then broke out in a rap song about me when I told him that I was reporting him to the FCC.

Reduced credit card interest as related to the stimulus (2nd and final notice). There were numerous calls with the same message(although they were from different numbers). The last time the call was received I answered the phone and chose to speak with a representative, but when I requested they remove my number, he hung up on me (This is the second time I tried to speak with a representative and they hung up) I then called back and there was an automated number that allowed me to choose remove my number, which I did.I have received numerous calls with the same offer from the same number. I have requested my number be removed, but on 7/16/2013 I received the same recorded message from a Private caller. They have also called my cell phone with the exact same message.
