I was called Sept 5th 2013 told I would be arrested from my job I do not work I am retired

I received a call from this number reporting that I was going to be arrest on my job. He asked if I had ever been arrested for fraud. I explained to him that this bill had been settled and offered to fax my copy of the bill paid in full. While trying to explain to him about sending the copy, he told me to shut my mouth. I told him for an attorney that it was very rude and unprofessional to tell me to shut my mouth. He said, "It will be you being arrested not me. He hung up the phone.
