This was a mildly threatening call because it was so cryptic AND insinuated that there "may be problems with one of [my] financial accounts." Robo-Heather stated that she could "lower interest rates on [my] account." I should "Press 1" to find out more or "Press 2" to request to be removed from the call list. No company or specific account was identified. Pressing either 1 or 2 did not continue any dialogue. The call was ended. My call-back of the number lead to a "busy signal."
